You're an introvert

Own your voice and speak with confidence

You’re an expert in your field. You know that promoting yourself and your ideas is critical to grow your business, but the thought of public speaking makes your heart race and your throat tighten.
I’ve got you covered.
First, tell me where you're at:

Ready. Set. Go.
I’m a successful entrepreneur. My audiences are investors, clients and employees. I need to come across as the confident leader I am — even when I’m not feeling that way — and influence at every turn.

Beam me up, Scotty!
I’m a new entrepreneur and I’m ready to take my business to the next level. I know that means getting comfortable with putting myself out there but I’ve always preferred to be behind the scenes.

I've got the entrepreneurial spirit.
I’m an aspiring entrepreneur. I’m motivated and excited but struggle to verbalize my thoughts and pitch my ideas.

The Tight Rope
Women entrepreneurs are expected to be polished, credible and confident while still exuding warmth and care. It’s a balancing act! The skills required to nimbly jump from one-on-one meetings to being in front of the room are not that different.
As a Black woman born in South Africa during the Apartheid era, this tight rope was only a fraction of what I had to deal with when I became a leader. You see, growing up I was conditioned to believe that I didn’t have a voice, that no-one wanted to hear what I had to say. As an adult I realized that I had to find and own my unique voice and fight to project it into the world if I wanted to become a leader.
My friend, the same applies to you. If you want success in business and leadership, you have to lean into your introversion, own your voice and speak up. Let me show you how.
"But I prefer to be behind the scenes."
I get it. I’m an introvert. In the past, I missed opportunities to be an active contributor in conversations because I would process internally or even, second-guess myself. Inevitably, someone else took the spotlight.
Sound familiar?

Together, we will turn you from someone who dreads the idea of another networking event to a leader who actively seeks out opportunities to connect with and influence others.
