Kele is an outstanding leader and person. She’s incredibly attentive to every detail and is the perfect combination of warmth and credibility: easily connects, cares deeply and is a rock star at transforming people into incredible communicators! She gets things done and is so effective at supporting people with kindness and also directness in the changes they want to make. From the moment she applied to the role of Communications Trainer at Decker, I knew we had to hire her. Soon after, it was clear she would be an amazing manager, so as soon as a spot opened up, we promoted her. Thank goodness we did! She excelled and took us to a new level as a team.

When Kele first became my coach, I had known her for nearly ten years. I recall her using the words cheerleader and coach during our first meeting. My ultimate goal for our coaching journey was to find a job that was purposeful and rewarding. During the journey she guided, cheered me on and kept me accountable as I unlocked a confidence in me that till then was unknown. The journey resulted in two job offers from organizations that were not hiring. Now, nearly 20 years since the first time we met, Kele remains the professional and resourceful person I met in 2001. She knows how to hold and command a safe space for the vulnerability that is needed to reach ones’ own goals. Her commitment to my process was remarkable. Over the years I have seen her turn quotes and concepts into practices to share. She has the ability to hold up a mirror to a client who is plagued by self-doubt and guide them to reach their own insights and use them to their advantage. She has always encouraged me to be the greatest version of my grandest self.
